We
can ship to virtually any address in the world
by UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx, USPS Priority
Mail, or Global Express Mail. Shipping charges
may vary. All pricing and shipping charges are
subject to change at any time. Additionally,
there is a good likelihood that your packages
will be subject to the customs fees and import
duties of the country to which you have your
packages shipped. Please read the CUSTOMS
information below.
Shipping:
All
shipping charges are calculated based on the
package weight, dimensions and destination.
Insurance is calculated based on total value
of the order. All shipping charges will be
determined by the standard rates set by UPS, FedEx, US
Postal Service plus a nominal fee for
packaging.
All
in stock items are shipped within 24 hours
of receipt of your order. Items out
of stock are usually shipped in 5-10
business days. If an order contains
both in stock and out of stock items, the
entire order will be shipped when all
items are in stock and the order is
complete. Second Day Air (Premium
Shipping) is available for packages of 10
pounds or less. Large and heavy items will
carry additional charges for Premium
Shipping and these charges will be quoted
upon request. If additional charges are
required for Premium Shipping, you will be
notified of these charges, for your
approval, prior to processing your order.
Shipping charges listed below are for Standard
Ground Delivery within the Continental
United States. Additional charges may
apply for orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico,
Hawaii, Canada, and other International
locations. Customers with orders to
locations outside of the 48 contiguous
United States will be notified of
additional shipping charges prior to
processing the order.

Domestic Orders:

Most
orders are usually shipped the same
business day depending on product
availability at the time order is
placed.

U.S. domestic orders are shipped either
via UPS, FedEx, or US POSTAL SERVICE(USPS).

~ 3 day service is not a guaranteed
service and may take longer to deliver
depending on location. Please
allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery
depending on destination.

Next-day
delivery is delivered overnight to most
destinations. It is delivered 365 days a
year including Saturday, Sunday, and
holiday delivery at small extra charge.

Next-day
delivery and 2 ~ 3 day service (With
signature), require proof of delivery by
signing for the package at time of
delivery.

All
standard 2 ~ 3 day deliveries are shipped
with a delivery confirmation tracking
number, but do not require signature
confirmation. This option is provided
for your convenience and additional cost
savings; however, if this option is
selected, eINC Corporation is not liable
or responsible for lost or stolen
packages when they are left at the door
by the carrier.

International
Orders:
All
International orders are shipped via USPS Global EMS.
Customs:
For
outside USA customers-- you MAY BE subject to import duties
and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be borne by you; we
have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; you
should contact your local customs office for
further information. Additionally, when
ordering from eINC Corporation, you are
considered the importer of record and must
comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the goods.
Should customs impound the shipment, we cannot
refund your cost. If it is returned to us, you
will be charged for shipping both ways.
Customs
forms for all international packages list the
value of your order's contents by product
type. For instance, orders will be listed in a
way similar to the following example:
Herbal
Supplement value: $100
Beauty care products value: $50
If
the order is a gift, the package is marked
"Gift," but the cost of the items is
still stated on the customs form. Currently,
we are not able to describe the contents in
any other way.
