What is the best way to shop at einc.us?
Enjoy yourself and have fun. Expect to be pleasantly surprised. Then browse our product lists or by using
the Search box. When you find an item you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" to add it to your Shopping
Cart.

How does the order process work?
The order process begins when you go to the online checkout, usually by
reviewing the items in your Shopping Cart and then pressing the Checkout button.
If you have not done so already, you will be asked to create an einc.us account, with a password so that only you can access your
personal information.
You will be asked for three more pieces of information:

Shipping Address |
You can have more than one shipping address on file. Each time you place an order, you will be
able to specify which address to ship to. |

Payment Method |
You must use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card to shop at einc.us. Or use your checking account through PayPal for the payment. |

Shipping Method |
You can choose Standard Ground
Shipping, or Priority Mail for U.S. domestic shipping, or Global Express Mail for international shipping. If you change the Shipping Method, the
shipping cost displayed at the bottom of the Checkout page will
change, showing how your choice affects the cost of your current
order. |
When you have set the Shipping Address, Shipping Method, and Payment
Method, press the Place Order button to send us your order. You will receive
an e-mail response from einc.us confirming your order.

How can I pay for an order
We accept Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept Discover, American Express
credit cards, or eCHECK through
PayPal secure payment.

When am I charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged when the order is filled. If part of an order
is back ordered, you are charged for the cost of the shipped items plus the
full cost of shipping; when the items are sent, you are billed only for the
additional items.

Does einc.us charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in California for finished products
and for shipping (freight).
Click Checkout in your Shopping Cart to see the total sales tax for the items.

How do I return something to einc.us?
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return
any item shipped by einc.us for a full credit or refund under any of
the following circumstances:
- Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories
- Makeup item does not meet color expectations
- Item was received damaged or defective
- Incorrect item was shipped
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of
our error.
If original merchandise was damaged in shipping, please call us at
+1(626) 589-0875 so we can notify the shipping company. Save the
merchandise and packaging for inspection.
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items
returned more than 30 days after delivery. Also, we do not accept any items
purchased from our Sexual Well-Being store. Since these items are of a
personal nature, NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted for your
protection.
If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs
associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit
or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be
issued within 21 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
If you have any questions regarding your return, please send e-mail to
Customer Care at sales@einc.us.
In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return
each item.
A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary,
send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).
If you need to return the merchandise to eINC Corporation for a refund
or exchange, enclose a copy of your invoice that was sent with your order
along with the original packaging and the product, and send it to:

How can I check the status of my order?
When you visit einc.us, click My Account
on the top right corner of any einc.us web page to see your personal information, view order status and track the order using a tracking number.
Click View Cart & Check Out to see a list of your current einc.us orders.

Order status and tracking information
To view status and tracking information for orders or partial orders that have been shipped:
1. Click the My
Account link on the top right corner of any einc.us web page. It will open up the "User Logon" web page.
2. Fill out your logon information, then click Log In to see your personal information, a list of your orders, displayed by date.
3. You may View, Print, or Track your order details.
The order details screen shows the status of your order. It displays all
the items you bought and tells you which ones have been shipped.
Your order number
If all or part of an order has been shipped, you'll see an order number.
(The same number is provided to you at Checkout and in your confirmation
e-mail.) If your shipment was sent via a trackable method, a tracking number
will be displayed. Follow this link for additional tracking information
about your order.
Sometimes the tracking number is available before the carrier has
actually picked up your package. In this case, you'll get an error message,
such as "Unable to track shipment," when you visit the carrier's
Web site. If this happens, try tracking your order again in a few hours.
Canceling an order
If you place an order and then change your mind, you can cancel it -- but you have to act fast! We process orders as quickly as possible, so there's only about 5 minutes between the time you place your order and the time it's sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. In most cases, we cannot cancel an order after this 5-minute time period.
If you are unable to cancel your order, send an email to sales@einc.us and let us know the order number. We may be able to cancel your order if you reach us before it ships. If your order has already shipped, you'll have 30 days to return your order once it arrives.
If some of the items in your order have already been shipped, your account will have been billed for those items, as well as the cost of shipping them. If you Cancel Back Order, no remaining items will be shipped or charged to your account.
